Who We Are Looking For

Experienced Coaches

If you have coaching experience and a strong understanding of the game, we would love to have you bring your leadership and knowledge into our program.

New and Emerging Coaches

If your coaching experience is fresh, but you are passionate about basketball and want to learn, we offer a structured learning period where you can grow through mentorship, observation, and hands-on development.

Our Coaching Philosophy

At Knights Basketball, our coaching philosophy is built on a few key principles:

That is why Knights Basketball is open to coaches who want to come into the program through an apprenticeship model. This pathway allows new coaches to learn our system, understand our expectations, and gain confidence while working alongside experienced leaders.
